L enters the office with all the stack of paperwork completed and neatly organized but as L sits down he sees a new scroll

"This wasn't here last time"

L opens it and reads the the information written within the scroll

".............It seems they finally have a kage for South N.S.E..It's time for all of us to meet face to face.."

L prepares a bird with a note attached to its leg as it soars through the window and out to send the message to the other Kages

"......."

L appears at his office with a headache and for the fist time no urge to eat any sweets at the moment. He sees his puppets at the left corner side of the office sitting there with numerous drills, nails, and blueprints surrounding them. L sits down at his seat and gives himself a massage at the temples of his forehead.

"What was it I needed to do.."

L quickly remembers what he had to do but doesn't seem to surprised because of the migraine he has.

"....The damn delivery bird.."

L remembered that he wished to get a meeting with all kages of the N.S.E and discuss the best actions to take to fight against Nyu - konohagakure. L gets up and forces himself to walk upstairs to where the delivery birds are held. L wries a note and ties it to a delivery bird. The bird seems a bit annoyed but it flaps its wings a few times and is almost ready to fly and send the message. L goes and puts the same messages onto other birds.

Hello This is L ningyo from North N.S.E. I have heard that recently a new kage has been brought to power in South N.S.E. Because of this I wish to begin a meeting with all kages of N.S.E to see fit what best action can be taken to fight or reason with Nyu - Konohagakure. You may bring whomever you wish but just remember this meeting is confidential and no other person of your village may know about this. I am hoping that this meeting will be able to commence one week from now (Not an actual week in real life. I will PM an admin as to when the actual time will be)

L allows the delivery birds to stretch their wings as they rise towards the sky and commence flying. After a certain distance the birds go separate ways as they will go to send the message to all kages

"I hope all kages will be able to attend the meeting.."
