Office of the Hokage

Raiga sits in the office, the walls are painted black, the window behind him open wide. The walls covered with strategical maps and different ideas that never worked. He sighs as he drinks from the can next to him.

"Still not as good as it should be." he says blatantly as he sets it back down.

He picks up the can, and slices it with his sword. The can falls down, and the green-colored liquid inside of it covers the desk.
"Takai!" he yells as he stands up, putting the sword in his sheath, strapping the sheath on his back, and putting on a simple black cloak.

"Yes sir?" he says walking in the door, the young chuunin has silver hair, and pale skin. Very frail, but extremely talented.

"Clean this up." Raiga says as he starts walking out, "I want it completely organized when I return."

Raiga has left

Kinai walks in the hokages office wearing his black and red robe that has his uchiha symbol proudly on the back and he notices the hokage is not in so he turns and heads out to the streets

Kinai walks back in the office moments after his frist arrival and says "I wonder where the hokage is" He paces slowly around wondering if he is in a fight or not

"I am going to search for him" Kinai says as he walks out the door

(uuum kinai just really quick, i hope your not thinking of magically knowing that raiga is in west N.S.E. there is no clue showing where he has gone. please keep things realistic)

Raiga stumbles into his office, his clothes tattered and his entire body covered in blood. "TAKAI!" he screams as the young ninja runs into his office, "Get me some bandages and a medic. NOW!"

Soon afterwords, Raiga is sitting in his chair, his chest wrapped in bandages.

A new Law shall be put into place as of tomorrow morning. Any Toushiro or Kumori ninja brought to me either dead or alive will be rewarded with 1000 Ryo depending on rank, money given from the Nyu-Konohagakure Bank.

After two weeks, 2 young Toushiro were brought lifeless and into the office of the Hokage, Raiga Uchiha. The bodies lay on the floor, covered in blood. The ninja that walked in with the bodies was Takai, now wearing the Nyu-Konohagakure standard-ninja uniform.

Raiga handed him 2000 Ryo before standing up and walking towards the window. His flesh and bones healed quickly, but what remained was a giant scar that traveled from his lower stomach up to his upper-chest.

He put on a black tactical vest, his sacred weapon set on the back, and his new Akatsuki Cloak covering his body, the hood going over his face.

Before he left, he took a necklace from one of the ninja, and a sword from the other, both engraved with the Toushiro emblem. He would attempt to enter the city unnoticed, and kill off the council members of the Eastern Shinobi Empire... Hopefully, he would make it back alive.

He left with the Toushiro sword and the Uchiha Phoenix tied to his back, and the necklace tied around his neck, his tactical jacket holding various items.

Giketsu comes up to the door of Hokage office and stops.There's nothing special about his looks besides the fact that he has tied a brand new headband around his head proudly.Ha takes a deep breath and gently yet obviously knocks on the door waiting for approval to enter.

Takai opens the door: "Oh. You must be Giketsu - I'm sorry, but the Hokage is not in at the moment, he is currently on confidential business out of the village. He should be back soon if you would like me to send a messenger bird when he is back."

Giketsu nods approvingly."Hey!Yeah ,sure send the bird.I'll be somewhere around.Thanks!".Giketsu turns around and walks away slowly.

*Kinai slowly walks up to the hokages door and taps gently on it*
"....."
*he waits patiently for an answer*
