1. This site is PG-13; No extreme gore, below the waist stuff... etc.
2. Please RP correctly. In 3rd Person, No *I/he walked around* stuff, the stars are not only distracting, but they look bad.
3. Killing can only be done if both people agree, OR the battle is over ___ posts, and the characters are at extremely low health. (This number will be decided by the mod group)
4. Flaming or insulting another member is allowed if in character. If not, you will receive a single warning, if it continues, you will be banned.
5. No 3 Jutsu Posts, no saying you hit another person... NO GODMODDING!
6. If a member of the mod team resigns, fails to follow these rules, or otherwise is no longer in the Moderater group, the current Moderators and Admins will discuss a new Moderator for the position (This goes the same for the 2 Admin Positions, although only Moderators can climb to Admin.)
7. Please don't be an ass.
8. Any arguement with a Moderator or Admin is automatically is null and void, the Mods/Admins have athourity.
8b: A petition against an action of a higher-up is allowed. Please post those in the Suggestions section.
9. You must get permission from the creator of the thread to join their topic unless the markings [OPEN], [Open], or [Public], are in the title post.
10. The Admins have a right to change this constitution, as well as any other rules, or decisions previously made.
11. Konton is the rightful owner and top admin of the site, although Naruto, Naruto: Shippuden, and all related terms and phrases belong to their rightful creator.
12. Not following these rules correctly will result in a punishment (any punishment found necessary by the Higher-Ups), such as a 48-Hour Ban or Subtraction of In-Game rights. These punishments can be altered by the Higher-Ups at any time. *See Rule 10.
13. With the exception of the creator of who's jutsu/item/ or character is being overseen, only admins and moderators are allowed to post in the 'Creation' section of this site.

16. Death Matches must be approved by both characters, and must be overseen by an admin or moderator.
17. Double Posting in a Combat Role-Play results in a warning. Twice results in a ______. (This punishment is chosen by the moderators, to how it is seen fit).
18. You cannot dodge every move; You character will get injured.
19. Genin can't kill Jounin. Jounin wouldn't kill Genin. Use common sense.
20. Don't make a topic if it's not going to be RP'd in.
21. If a S-Rank Position (Kage, S-Rank Rogue, etc, Advanced ANBU, etc.) is inactive for more than 2 weeks without logical reason, their position is removed / demoted.
