East N.S.E Park

The Park is filled with many people conversating, walking, and feeding little animals that go by.

I walk around the park eating a sugar cube. I sit down on a bench In my weird position.

"......."

I also happen to be walking around the park and see L sitting on the bench as I approach him and sit down next to him as well

"You dissappeared last time you left my office. Care to explain where you went?"

I say with a stern Voice

"......when I finished my talk with the Kumori, An uchiha appeared. I managed to kill of two of his friends and me and konton made the leader retreat."

I eat a sugar cube

"He did not like your plan by the way.."

"I knew he wouldn't like It, he probably also said he thought fightning doesn't resolve anything even after fighting the uchihas. The uchiha's are relentless. Did the leader have the mangekyou..."

"Yes. I do." Raiga says as he walks up towards the two Toushiros. Raiga's outfit is entirely black. He decided not to wear his akatsuki cloak, but he is still wearing a large black cloak with an Uchiha Crest on the chest.

He drops the necklace and the toushiro sword at their feet.

I decide not to look up but looking at the dropped Toushiro Item's I could deduce from the situation that this was the Uchiha leader

"Then more than likely your eyesight is not what it used to be before using it"

I chuckle still being calm

"I will not ask you how you got here and got passed the gate but i will give you only one warning to leave now. The last encounter with L must of been a dozzy"

"It's not the greatest." he says as his eyes start to transform. Tomoe Three. He knew he could use his Tomoe Three to put a simple genjutsu on them, but they'd probably remove it. So he'd just slaughter them.

Raiga removed his cloak, and unzipped his tactical jacket, showing the giant scar. "You injured me..." he says quietly, "I hate you."

He charges at L; his sword out. His eyes observing everything at once with his Sharingan.

As he runs towards us, still sitting on the bench I say

"Aisu Firudu No Jutsu (Ice Field)"

A huge ice barrier surrounds me and chris able to protect us. I eat a sugar cube

Still sitting down I say

"I am not as soft as Konton Kumori, I will kill you with pleasure, uchiha.."

I wait Until you reach us and the barrier of ice protecting us

Raiga body-flickers up into the air, and then lands on a tree. Breathing in, he sighs, and then fires out a burst of compressed air directly at L, using his Sharingan as a targeting system.

Description: After the user concentrates Fuuton Chakra in is stomach, windpipe, and mouth - he fires it out in a condensed pressure burst that can easily kill if hit directly. This jutsu requires NO hand seals.

Still calm as the attack hits my barrier a huge condensed mist spreads around the field.

".........."

Suddenly a Huge Blade of Ice shoots at you from the floor at your right arm. Since the mist was covering the area your sharingan was not able to pick up the attack as quickly

I flicker out near another tree, sitting on the branch and allowing the mist to dissipitate

"......."

Raiga quickly spins his body, avoiding the blade as he quickly jumps over to the other tree, that the other ninja is sitting in. "Feel the sting of my blade!" Raiga screams as he pulls out his Uchiha Phoenix, taking a quick slash at the Toushiro Leader from quick range.

As L shoots the Ice spike from the ground I jump into mid air and Do some handsigns

( It's not impossible, I could of stabbed my blade into the ice, and then spun over it :/ )

Raiga is hit by the ice and he hits a tree. He falls to the ground and as he gets up, he starts forming hand signs as well.

(You could have i said its impossible to avoid as in physically dodging since you were already directed towards a course in mid air but you could have stabbed the sword in the ice and spun around ......but you didn't..sorry >.>)

I place my palms on the floor making the field turn to ice as I run towards Raiga

"Lightning Blade!"

I shoot down towards raiga at a fast speed as I see his hands form hand seals

Description: This jutsu is automatically learned by all Uchiha members who obtain the Tomoe 3 Sharingan. This technique allows the users to copy all jutsu (except bloodline-based) seen in combat.

Using the sharingan's highly unique and precision jutsu, while you were making handsigns for the chidori, Raiga copied them.

As you get close, Raiga thrusts his lightning-engulfed arm forward, meeting yours head-on.

"I have you now"

As you copy his technique and chris flies at you with the lightning blade, i slap my palms against the floor and a small, tight barrier of ice quickly covers you

"Lets see what you can do uchiha, chris hits the barrier, you will be electrocuted, if you hit the barrier with your lightning blade, you will be electricutrad still.."

My lightning blade hits the ice barrier and creates a lightning dome shocking Raiga with intense power

"RAAAAAAH!"

EDIT: I release my lightning blade before I disappear in a flash of smoke.
